Thank you for your interest in the ECHO Autism: Intense Behavior program! Our team is excited to partner with you and other clinicians to improve and expand best practice, evidence-based care for autistic people.
The ECHO Autism: Intense Behavior program is a no-cost program with ongoing sessions that occur every 2nd and 4th Friday of the month from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm CT beginning July 26, 2024 and ending on May 23, 2025. The ECHO sessions are held virtually on Zoom. View our program flyer HERE.
Next Steps: Please complete the following questionnaire which will be used to identify prescribing clinicians who meet the criteria to join the ECHO Autism: Intense Behavior program.
The intended audience for this program is general and child/adolescent psychiatrists along with other prescribing specialty clinicians including developmental/behavior pediatricians, and neurologists. While we recognize there are other professions who would benefit from participation, this first series will be limited to the above professions.
Responses to the questionnaire will help us determine participant eligibility. Selection will be based on registrant background and the capacity to provide best-practice assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for individuals on the autism spectrum with intense behavior such as severe emotional dysregulation, self-injurious behaviors, and physical aggression towards others.
If you have any questions about completing this questionnaire, please reach out to the ECHO Autism: Intense Behavior coordinator, Maggie Harl at harlm@missouri.edu
