Zoom license request page

The Missouri Telehealth Network, Show-Me ECHO program, and partners are committed to expanding access to patient care during the COVID-19 pandemic. A COVID-19 ECHO is available every Monday from noon to 1pm, and Zoom videoconferencing licenses are available through a partnership with MOREnet. These free licenses are provided to local public health agencies, rural health clinics, federally qualified health centers, critical access hospitals, and other rural heath organizations in Missouri. Licenses are encrypted and, with proper protocols, can be used for direct patient care, patient education, patient check-ins and more. Providers may use their licenses to provide telehealth services in patient homes.

What you need to do to get started:

- Check your eligibility. Local public health agencies, rural health clinics, federally qualified health centers, and critical access hospitals in Missouri are automatically eligible. If you are unsure about your eligibility, please contact Rachel Mutrux at mutruxe@health.missouri.edu.
- If possible, create a new e-mail account for this Zoom license, such as "telemedicine2020@lphamissouri.org". This process is preferable versus using an individual's personal e-mail account.
- Have an authorized signer for your organization click the link to register for the Zoom account.
- Check the in-box for the e-mail address you provided. Instructions on activating the Zoom account should be e-mailed within 24 hours.
- Work to create protocols for your project, including patient consent forms.

These complimentary Zoom licenses will expire on June 30, 2020. Those interested in continuing with Zoom after June 30 may contact MOREnet directly for discounted Zoom licenses.
